We offer group and one-to-one support for new and expecting mums and birthing people with children up to 2 years old in Hartlepool. Funded by Hartlepool Borough Council, Hartlepool Family Hubs and North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust.

What support is available?

Our trained volunteer peer supporters will provide ongoing social, emotional and practical support to pregnant and new parents within the area.

We provide support across family hubs, community venues and within two hospitals. We also provide both group and one-to-one support online via Zoom and WhatsApp.

Support is tailored to service user preference, and moves gently, but with focus. We aim to normalise the difficulties of caring for a baby, decrease isolation, and empower parents with resources and information.
