DistrACT - Provides easy, quick and discreet access to general health information and advice about self-harm.

CalmHarm - A FREE app that helps you manage or resist the urge to self-harm.

StayAlive - An app for those at risk of suicide and people worried about someone.

The Decider - An app which uses CBT to give users an accessible strategy 24/7 to help manage thoughts, feelings and behaviour

Qwell - Free, safe and anonymous mental wellbeing support for adults across the UK

Insight Timer - Insight Timer is a free app to help individuals to build healthy habits and create a wellbeing routine.

Aura Health - N.B. this has some free features, but additional paid-for features

WorryTree - WorryTree helps you to take control of your worries, transform your thoughts and feel better, using proven Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques and sensory practices. 

Breathe - The Breathe app keeps you centred by taking you through a series of deep, calming breaths. Follow the animation as it grows with each inhale and shrinks with each exhale.

Sorted - Sorted: mental health (formerly Feeling Good App) offers Positive Mental Training audio programmes based on scientific research which can help you feel better, lift your mood and recover from stress, anxiety, and depression by building resilience and developing positive feelings.
