Boundaries are necessary to keep ourselves and our relationships healthy – without them, we can start to feel resentful as we can feel like we are not being seen or heard. Setting boundaries is a form of self-care, and means we can still show love and care to others without sacrificing our own needs.
You’re very welcome to join in whether you’re new to the group, have been here for a while, or have mostly been reading along and now feel ready to say hello.
