Hi everyone and welcome to tonight’s WhatsApp live chat where we'll be exploring all aspects of ‘Me Time’, what this means, and how we can help to achieve this. We have XX, YY and ZZ here with you all tonight.
We would also like to end the session with some pledges, thinking about what you might do differently over the next couple of weeks to carve out or incorporate some ‘me time’ into the coming weeks.
You’re very welcome to join in whether you’re new to the group, a long-stander or have so far just read messages but now feel ready to say hi.
Please do support each other too, we’re all together in this and you bring so much by sharing your experiences and supporting each other.

Possible Questions to ask during the chat...
What does ‘me time’ mean to you? What’s the importance of ‘me time’?
What does your self care routine look like right now? What is good? What would you like to introduce?
How can you get some smaller pockets of me-time - things you can do for 5 minutes that have a positive impact?
How could having ‘me time' benefit your mental health?
Thinking about what you’ve already shared, how can you factor more of the good into your day? And how can you bring in some of those things that could be better? This can be anything but feel free to think as basic as possible (brushing teeth, showering…)
