Opener Suggestion...

Hi everyone, and welcome to tonight’s WhatsApp live chat which is all about *Talking to others about our mental health*. We have XX, YY, and ZZ here with you this evening.

Whether talking to professionals or family & friends, it can be hard to find a good way to express your feelings. We hope that by sharing some ideas you can help each other to feel more confident in having these conversations.

You’re very welcome to join in whether you’re new to the group, have been here for a while, or have mostly been reading along and now feel ready to say hello.

Please do support each other too, we’re all together in this and you bring so much by sharing your experiences and supporting each other.
