What support is available?

At Parents in Mind, we pride ourselves on providing personalised support that meets the unique needs of each dad we work with. Our approach is both gentle and purposeful.

We aim to normalise the challenges of fatherhood, reduce feelings of isolation, and equip parents with the resources and information they need to feel empowered on their parenting journey.

We provide support across children's centres and family hubs, and hold social events and park walks. We also provide both group and one-to-one support online via Zoom and WhatsApp.
