No Panic is a registered charity that helps and supports those living with Panic Attacks, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and other related anxiety disorders.

No Panic also provides support for the carers of people who suffer from anxiety disorders.

SAM is a non-profit, community-backed wellbeing app to help you monitor and manage your mental health, with self-help techniques to help with anxiety, depression, loneliness and coping. SAM is informed by clinical best practice and academic research.

PanicShield is a free app designed to help provide relief to individuals who experience panic attacks. It contains 4 different tools to protect against panic attacks and panic disorder, giving the user various options to apply at a time when they need to.
