Citizens Advice

Citizens Advice give people the knowledge and confidence they need to find their way forward - whoever they are, and whatever their situation.  Their network of local charities offer confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free.

Acas gives employees and employers free, impartial advice on workplace rights, rules and best practice. They also offer training and help to resolve disputes. Helpline 0300 123 1100 (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm)
